Scott took over the role of President & CEO at the end of 2015, culminating a career of over 30 years of experience in applications systems design and development.
Previously, he led the Mark Systems’ team of developers, oversaw technology deployment, product development, and quality control, and still remains active in research and development of technology and product enhancements.
Currently, Scott focuses on corporate direction, strategy, innovation, leadership, industry alliances, growth, and customer satisfaction. Scott also serves on the Mark Systems Board of Directors.
Scott received a B.S. in Computer Science from Glassboro State College before earning his M.B.A. in Finance from Rowan University. He served on the Rowan University M.B.A. Advisory Committee, Co-Chaired the Rowan M.B.A. Marketing Committee, and taught Managerial Finance as an Adjunct Professor at Rowan.
Don received his degree from Rutgers University with a B.S. in Business Administration, subsequently earning the designation of Certified Public Accountant. One of the original developers of IHMS, along with Mark and Scott, Don continues to add value to the product through enhancement specification and review. An active participant in his community, Don served four terms as Councilman for Mount Holly Township, and two terms as township Mayor.
After overseeing all sales and marketing activities for many years, Don is currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors, helping to guide the next generation of Mark Systems leadership as the company continues to expand. He also serves as Liaison to industry partners, local home builder associations, and the NAHB.
A graduate of The College of New Jersey with a BS in Business Information Systems Management, Robert is an active member of the NAHB. Robert is a Certified Graduate Associate (C.G.A.) and an approved instructor through the NAHB University of Housing.
Robert started with Mark Systems over 17 years ago in the Marketing department, followed by 4 years working as a programmer before becoming an IHMS implementation consultant. Robert now oversees Professional Services where he is responsible for customer implementation projects, as well as the support and ongoing business consulting needs for our growing customer base.
Steve received a B.S. in Computer Science from Missouri State University and worked in accounting, purchasing and technology roles at a leading east coast home builder where he gained hands-on experience with IHMS.
He spent several years with distance learning and web community startups before joining the Mark Systems team in 2003. After serving as the lead IHMS architect for over 13 years, Steve transitioned into the role of Vice President of Engineering & Product Development where he oversees the daily progress of the Engineering department as well as the future development of IHMS.
Rajan joined the Mark Systems team as VP of LotVueTM Development in May of 2016 following the acquisition of LotVue which he founded in January of 2015. Rajan is on a mission to infuse Simple, Visual and Social into the product fabric of Mark Systems. He drives all aspects of LotVue vision, strategy, and business development, and leads the product engineering team based in Hyderabad, India.
Rajan is a technology executive and entrepreneur with extensive experience in enterprise software, product development, and professional services. Prior to founding LotVue, he was co-founder and CEO of LogicMatter, CEO of CarDomain Network and CTO of The Cobalt Group. He started his career with 20 years in IBM where he held a variety of technical and leadership positions.
Rajan obtained his Masters in EE/CS from University of Texas at Austin and Bachelor’s in EE from the University of Houston.
A graduate of the US Naval Academy, Jerry is an experienced leader who served as an Officer in the US Marine Corps. Since leaving the Marine Corps, he has held several sales and management positions in the Medical, Hospitality, and B2B Service industries.
At Mark Systems, Jerry streamlines internal procedures, manages customer requests, and supports staff so they can focus on product improvements and deliver best in class software, service and support.
Joann is a graduate of Rutgers University with a BS in Accounting. She has experience in public and private accounting. Prior to coming to Mark Systems, she worked for a national bank as an Accounting Manager.
Joann has served as Controller at Mark Systems for over 23 years, handling human resource management in addition to her accounting responsibilities.
