Scott took over the role of President at the end of 2015, culminating a career of over 30 years of experience in applications systems design and development. Years of consistent growth prompted an acquisition in March of 2017 by ECi Software Solutions, a company known for high-quality software solutions in niche industries.
Currently, Scott focuses on division direction, strategy, innovation, leadership, industry alliances, growth, and customer satisfaction. He is also active in research and development of technology and product enhancements.
Scott received a B.S. in Computer Science from Glassboro State College before earning his M.B.A. in Finance from Rowan University. He served on the Rowan University M.B.A. Advisory Committee, Co-Chaired the Rowan M.B.A. Marketing Committee, and taught Managerial Finance as an Adjunct Professor at Rowan.
One of the original founders of Mark Systems and developers of IHMS, Don continues to add value to the product through enhancement specification and review.
After overseeing all sales and marketing activities for many years, Don is currently helping to guide the next generation of Mark Systems leadership as the company continues to expand after the company was acquired by ECi Software Solutions earlier this year. He also serves as Liaison to industry partners, local home builder associations, and the National Association of Homebuilders (NAHB).
Don received his degree from Rutgers University with a B.S. in Business Administration, subsequently earning the designation of Certified Public Accountant. An active participant in his community, Don served four terms as Councilman for Mount Holly Township, and two terms as township Mayor.
Jeff is sharply focused on building out the sales team and providing all the tools needed to effectively present the value proposition of software solutions to home builders and land developers across North America. With 20 years of experience running sales teams and sales operations in the manufacturing sector, he is an expert at bringing a consultative approach to organizations who seek software solutions to protect profit margins and reduce overhead and variances.
Jeff received his Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Millersville University, an M.B.A. from Rowan University, and has also been through various sales and sales leadership programs including Topline Management, Strategic Selling, and Sandler.
With over 20 years of software support services, homebuilding consulting, and management experience in the residential sector, Robert Cain is well known by over 200 semi-custom and production homebuilders across North America, all utilizing ECi Mark Systems™ products. Robert currently manages the Professional Services department which is responsible for on-boarding, training, and consulting services offered to IHMS users.
Robert is a proud alumnus of The College of New Jersey with a BS in Business Information Systems Management. He is an active member and an approved instructor through the NAHB University of Housing, as well as a Certified Graduate Associate (C.G.A.).
Steve received a B.S. in Computer Science from Missouri State University and worked in accounting, purchasing and technology roles at a leading east coast home builder where he gained hands-on, real-world experience with IHMS.
He spent several years with distance learning and web community startups before joining the ECi Mark Systems team in 2003. After serving as the lead IHMS architect for over 13 years, Steve transitioned into the role of Director of Research & Development where he oversees the daily progress of the Engineering department as well as the future development of IHMS.
Rajan joined the ECi Mark Systems team as Business Unit Leader of LotVueTM in May of 2016, following the acquisition of LotVue which he founded in January of 2015. Rajan is on a mission to infuse simple, visual and mobile attributes into the product line for ECi Mark Systems. He drives all aspects of LotVue vision, strategy, and business development, and leads the product engineering team based in Hyderabad, India.
Rajan is a technology executive and entrepreneur with extensive experience in enterprise software, product development, and professional services. Prior to founding LotVue, he was co-founder and CEO of LogicMatter, CEO of CarDomain Network and CTO of The Cobalt Group. He started his career with 20 years in IBM where he held a variety of technical and leadership positions.
Rajan obtained his Masters in EE/CS from University of Texas at Austin and Bachelor’s in EE from the University of Houston.
A graduate of the US Naval Academy, Jerry is an experienced leader who served as an Officer in the US Marine Corps. Since leaving the Marine Corps, he has held several sales and management positions in the Medical, Hospitality, and B2B Service industries.
At ECi Mark Systems, Jerry streamlines internal procedures, manages customer requests, and supports staff so they can focus on product improvements and deliver best-in-class software, service and support.
Colin’s primary focus as Product Manager is guiding the software to solve problems for ECi Mark Systems customers. Colin has been involved with IHMS and the homebuilding industry since his first job at ECi Mark Systems at the age of 16. A graduate of Temple University with a B.S. in Entrepreneurship, Colin has worked full-time at ECi Mark Systems for over six years, and has spent that time mastering IHMS and the best practices and processes in the homebuilding industry. With an in-depth understanding of the technical aspects of the system and a strong penchant for solving customer problems, Colin has played key roles in several parts of the team, helping the entire organization perform at its highest level possible.
Colin is able to help solve problems for Mark Systems customers by working side-by-side with them, as well as throughout the ECi Mark Systems organization, to produce high-quality software that exceeds customer expectations. His strengths include strong leadership and communication skills, high levels of organization and project management skills, strong customer relations, a technical mindset, and vast IHMS/ITK implementation and training experience.
Joann is a graduate of Rutgers University with a BS in Accounting. She has experience in public and private accounting. Prior to coming to ECi Mark Systems, she worked for a national bank as an Accounting Manager.
Joann has served as Accounting Manager/Controller at ECi Mark Systems for over 25 years, handling human resource management in addition to her accounting responsibilities.
