Company Profile

Mark Systems is a privately owned, intensely focused organization, with one product, one market and one goal: to increase our home builder clients’ profitability by reducing construction costs, increasing sales, improving productivity, and enhancing communication. The company’s only product suite is IHMSTM, the Integrated Homebuilder Management SystemTM, a single database, feature-rich enterprise software tool for managing home builder accounting and operations.

Since it’s release in 1983, Mark Systems’ IHMS customers accounted for the construction of hundreds of thousands of homes throughout the United States. Despite our national scope, Mark Systems retains the culture of a regional software developer. Every Mark Systems employee, from the owners to the receptionist, establishes a personal relationship with our clients that drives our development and ensures our growth.

Mark Systems is a trade name for American Management Enterprises, Inc., a privately held New Jersey S-corporation. There are three equal partners, all of whom are active in day-to-day operations. The company’s technical employees, most of whom are based at the corporate headquarters in Mount Holly, NJ, focus on new product development, product maintenance, and customer support for IHMS. Mark Systems uses no contract employees, although the company has a solid, non-financial working relationship with a number of top industry consulting organizations.
