ROSEWOOD HOMES EARNS ELIANT'S HOMEBUYERS' CHOICE AWARD

According to David Kitnick, President of Rosewood Homes, "We not only had the highest overall customer satisfaction score in 2009 of any builder in our category, but we also had the highest overall score of any builder in America!" Eliant has been surveying new homeowners since 1984 and they have a very comprehensive survey methodology where they survey new homeowners with appropriate questions at 3 different points in time (i.e. 1 month after closing, 6 months after closing, and 12 months after closing). "We beat out over 200-different builders across America!" revealed Kitnick. A very remarkable achievment to win this award and also a true sign of a builder employing a goal-oriented software system to bolster efficiency. As a side note, earlier in 2010, Rosewood was also recognized as "Best Builder" by the readers of Arizona Foothills Magazine. This praiseworthy designation was determined in a several month long voting contest conducted by the magazine.

HEARTLAND HOMES BESTOWED WITH CONSTRUCTECH MAGAZINE'S 2009 VISION AWARD

Heartland Homes was honored to win Constructech Magazine's 2009 Silver Vision Award for their software implementation of the IHMS Sales Office and Custom Option Estimator functions. The Constructech Vision Awards honor companies that have realized the advantages of applying innovative technologies to their everyday businesses as well as the technology enablers that have helped them achieve their goal. MARK SYSTEMS was co-awarded along with Heartland Homes as their technology enabler.


LEVEL CONSTRUCTION GARNERS BATON ROUGE GOOD GROWTH HONORS

Todd Waguespack, President of Level Construction and Design, announced they were bestowed with the Good Growth Award for being the largest home builder in the Baton Rouge area in 2008. Waguespack had previously received accolades in 2004 as the third biggest builder in the Baton Rouge area. Building since 2000, Level Construction and Design continues to see steady growth even during today's not so steady homebuilding economy. At the 28th Annual Phoenix Metro MAME Awards, Rosewood Homes was honored with the prestigious “Small Volume Builder of the Year” Award. This capped an unprecedented year where Rosewood earned one of the industry’s highest customer satisfaction scores ever with a 97.5% overall score on the comprehensive Eliant Survey. In recent years David, a veteran of more than two decades in the homebuilding industry, has been described as “one of the most innovative builders in the marketplace” by the nationally renown Design Lens. He and his team have built thousands of homes and been recognized with dozens of local, regional and national awards including the coveted Phoenix Metro MAME “Grand Award” as “Builder of the Year”.
